TaxBandAppeal provides information and tools to help homeowners assess whether their council tax band may be incorrect. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with the Valuation Office Agency, HMRC, or any local council.

No guarantee of outcome

We cannot guarantee that any appeal will be successful. The VOA decides whether to amend a band based on the evidence presented. Our appeal pack is intended to help you present that evidence clearly.

Refunds

Because each appeal pack is generated specifically for your property, all sales are final once the pack has been delivered.

TaxBandAppeal is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for outcomes resulting from use of the service.
