What we collect

When you check a postcode, we record the postcode you entered and the public council tax band data we retrieve. When you purchase an appeal pack, we collect the email address you provide at checkout so we can deliver your pack.

How we use it

We use your email solely to deliver the appeal pack you purchased and to send essential service updates about that purchase. We do not sell your data.

VOA data

Council tax band information shown on this site is sourced from publicly available Valuation Office Agency records.
